Introducing the Norwich & Peterborough Building Society Customer Panel

We’re owned by our customers
The Society is owned by its customers – we’re a mutual. To fulfil this role we want to consult with you - our members - as often as possible. We genuinely want you to have a say in the way the Society is run. You can do that at any time by calling us, writing to us, or popping into a branch. You can also make your opinion heard each year at our Annual General Meeting.

But now we’re taking your involvement one stage further, as we launch the Norwich and Peterborough Customer Panel.

How the Customer Panel works
When you join our Customer Panel, from time to time we will seek your opinion on how we’re doing. We might ask you to tell us what you think of our customer service; or show you early plans for new advertising. We will listen carefully to what you say. You might be asked to give us your opinion on new products or services.

This is all part of developing the Society to meet members’ needs.

You will be asked to participate in research no more than a couple of times a year.  And normally you’ll be able to do this from the comfort of your own home; our research will use postal questionnaires, telephone surveys or e-mail surveys.

All the information you provide as a member of the Customer Panel will remain confidential. The Panel will never be used for anything other than research.
