30 Day Notice Account
Special 1% bonus
Your savings will earn an introductory 1% bonus for the first 12 months (calculated on the average daily balance) which will be paid to the account on the first anniversary of the account opening.
Interest paid annually or monthly
Whichever suits you best.
Withdrawals
If you give us 30 days’ notice of any withdrawals you would like to make, you won’t lose any interest.
Other information
The minimum investment and balance is £1; the maximum investment is £1 million.
Only one account per person – you may hold either a joint account or a sole account, but not both.
Interest is paid annually on the anniversary of the account opening. Where monthly interest is chosen, interest is calculated on the interest rate minus any bonus and must be paid to another account. The bonus will be calculated and paid separately on the first anniversary of the account opening.
Transfers between the annual and monthly interest options on the 30 Day Notice Account are not permitted, but transfers from other Norwich and Peterborough accounts are allowed subject to the withdrawal terms of those accounts.
Earlier withdrawals will mean losing an amount equivalent to 30 days’ interest on the amount you withdraw.
