Important message to all Intermediaries

Please note that if you wish to register for online electronic mortgage trading (KFI, AIP and full mortgage application) please click on the 'LOG IN' button. Step-by-step guides have been produced to help you through the process and are available once you have logged in.

To apply to become an approved intermediary of business to Norwich and Peterborough Building Society you will need to register with electronic trading or please call us to request an application form, or down load a form here.

You must be registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) before we can accept any mortgage business from you.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE
