CSRC Vacancies

The Society's Customer Service Review Committee (CSRC) will soon be looking for new members. The CSRC was set up in 2003 and consists of a chairman, who is a non-executive director of N&P, and four members of the Society. Two current members of the CSRC will be standing down in January after serving for four years. Members may serve for a maximum of four years with two members retiring by rotation every two years when new appointments are made.

Taking part involves meeting at least four times a year at the Society's offices at Lynch Wood in Peterborough. Expenses are paid.

Participants will review decisions made by the Society on other members' complaints concerning the Society and review the Society's complaint-handling procedures and policies for fairness.
