Mortgage Advisor
You will provide a central point of contact as part of the team providing a dedicated telephone and internet customer care and sales service.
You will need to possess excellent customer service skills as a key function of the role is to develop relationships with existing and potential customers of the Society and will have proven sales experience in order to maximise sales opportunities of all the Society’s products including Gold’s and associated insurance products, the Financial Advice Service and Mortgage Payment Protection.
You will be highly motivated to achieve sales targets, which will be rewarded through a structured bonus scheme. Knowledge of the Society products, services and underwriting practices is preferred. A flexible approach to working hours is required for this position. Ideally you will be Cemap 1,2 and 3 qualified.
