We are opening up the floor and inviting our customers and Society members to pose their questions to Matthew Bullock, our chief executive.
This is your opportunity to ask Matthew’s opinion, questions about the Society, and his views on current financial issues. Topics could include our environmental policy, customer service, branch network, Contact Centre, or our independent Financial Advice Service.
